Malek Omri

Malek Omri is a multidisciplinary forensic investigation and criminal justice professional with a distinguished record of leadership, innovation, and international engagement. He currently serves as Chief Digital Officer for the International Society of Crime Prevention Practitioners, where he directs digital strategy, oversees membership systems, and manages organizational growth to advance the Society’s global mission of crime prevention and community safety.

Throughout his career, Malek has built a reputation for bridging academic, operational, and national security perspectives. His experience includes advancing public safety initiatives, supporting intelligence-driven operations, and contributing to the development of strategies addressing emerging security threats. He has also been instrumental in building higher-education programs, establishing digital and forensic labs, guiding curriculum development, and supporting capacity-building projects that prepare both students and professionals for real-world challenges.

Malek has worked with universities, government agencies, and international organizations, collaborating on projects that enhance public safety, national security, expand digital capacity, and encourage cross-border cooperation. Fluent in different dialects of Arabic, French, and English.
