At the Symposium, the ISCPP's Crime Prevention Awards were presented to the winners in several categories. You can download the nomination form at the ISCPP AWARDS page of this website. You can also find the links to pages with the winners from previous years.
What is the Symposium? It's a 3 and 1/2 day intensive crime prevention conference that is held in a different location every two years. Presenters are the practitioners that work in the field and select leading experts.
What is the cost? ISCPP members pay $250 (US) which includes access to all workshops and vendors, the International Luncheon, and the annual Awards Banquet. Non-members pay $300 (US), but can save $15 by joining the ISCPP ($35 US) and qualifying for the member rate.
Are there additional fees? On the Thursday night of the Symposium, we will hold Denver Night which is a special social event held at one of the local restaurants/attractions in Denver. There is an additional fee for this event of $35. The fee includes transportation, dinner and admission to the attraction.
Will there be an ICPS Training & Testing? Yes! It will be held on the Monday through Wednesday prior to the Symposium. There is an additional fee to take the ICPS Training & Testing of $275 (US) and special packages to include it with the Symposium registration for only $475 (US).
Who should attend? Crime Prevention Officers, Crime Prevention Specialists, Police Crime Prevention Unit Managers, Loss Prevention Managers, Security Managers, Neighborhood Watch Organizers, Community Liaison Officers - private and public sectors, People wanting Crime Prevention Specialist testing.
